To apply for an RA number please enter the Warranty# below to look up the warranty.

When on the Warranty Form page, please scroll down to where the product information is. Scroll all the way over to the right to select “Request RA” on the jewelry item you need to send in for repairs.

Follow the prompts, insert your picture that clearly shows where any stones might be missing or repairs are needed and SUBMIT!

Wait to receive an email from Preferred Headquarters with your RA# for shipping and processing.

Please be prepared as you will need to submit a recent picture of the jewelry item when applying for an RA#. The retailer is responsible for shipping one way to the Repair Facility. All repairs and return shipping is then covered by Preferred and our Repair Facility. Please allow a 14 to 21 day turn around from the day of receiving the item to the Repair location.
