To apply for an RA number from True Romance please enter the Warranty# below.
When on the Warranty Registration page scroll down to *Product Information* and Click on the *Request RA* Icon on the Product you need to send in for repairs.
Follow the prompts and SUBMIT!
Wait to receive an email from True Romance with your RA for Shipping and processing.
*Please be prepared. You will need to submit a recent picture of the jewelry item when applying for an RA#.
The Retailer is responsible for shipping one way to True Romance. All repairs and return shipping are then covered by True Romance.
Please allow a 14 day turn-around from the day of receiving the item to the Repair Facility.
